How we ship your Custom Luxury Indoor Dog House or Unique Crate Cover

It's easy to get your own castle. Once it's ready we ship it directly to your home or office via UPS...!!!

Our Castles will be carefully boxed and shipped directly to your home or office via UPS.  Since each castle is customized specifically for you it could be 2 - 6 weeks before your castle is ready to ship and before it ships we must receive the full payment  Once full payment is made and your castle is ready we will contact you to schedule the shipping details and your castle should arrive within one week.  An adult signature is required in order for the castle to be delivered. In the unlikely event that your castle is damaged during shipping you must contact UPS immediately to report a damage claim and then contact Simba's Castles to inform us that a claim was made and the appropriate actions will be taken to resolve the claim. Any damage claims must be made withing 5 business days of receiving the shippment. Any damage claims made after 5 business days of receiving the shippment will not be accepted. Please fully unpack and inspect your castle immediately upon its arrival so the appropriate actions can be taken if damage has occured.

All Simba’s Castles products are for indoor use only. Simba's Castles only uses the safest and highest quality materials available and we mostly use the same materials used in the construction of human homes. Each castle is carefully constructed with passion and attention to every detail. All of our custom luxury indoor dog house and unique crate cover products are constructed very similar to a human home, which makes them more lifelike and extremely durable.

Our products require some assembly and will be shipped in two boxes. One box will contain the roof and the other box will contain the body. Assembly of the body should only take 5 - 10 minutes and is completed by aligning the correct body pieces and inserting the provided screws into pre-drilled holes. Each order will come with more detailed installation instructions. Most of our roofs will arrive fully assembled, but if assembly is required detailed instructions will be provided.
