Simba's Castles warrants that the workmanship and materials for each castle, will be free from defects for a period of one year starting from the date you receive your castle. If Simba's Castles determines that there are defects with the workmanship or materials of your castle then Simba's Castles has the choice of replacing the defective item if possible or we will exchange your castle for a new castle of equal value..

We cannot replace a custom castle for items which include but are not limited to; if the customer is not pleased with the paint color, shingle color, tiles or vinyl used and any other item not mentioned but out of our control. We cannot replace a castle from wear and tear arising from normal usage, which includes but is not limited to; scratches, dints, fading or items damaged due to user or pet.

Our products are intended as a dog house for indoor use only and using the product in an outdoor environment voids all warranties; expressed or implied.

In the unlikely event that your castle is damaged during transit please contact us immediately upon its arrival so the appropriate actions can be taken. If you do not report the damage within 5 business days of receiving the shipment no further action can be taken.

All Simba’s Castles products are for indoor use only. Simba's Castles only uses the safest and highest quality materials available and we mostly use the same materials used in the construction of human homes. Each castle is carefully constructed with passion and attention to every detail. All of our custom luxury indoor dog house and unique crate cover products are constructed very similar to a human home, which makes them more lifelike and extremely durable.

Our products require some assembly and will be shipped in two boxes. One box will contain the roof and the other box will contain the body. Assembly of the body should only take 5 - 10 minutes and is completed by aligning the correct body pieces and inserting the provided screws into pre-drilled holes. Each order will come with more detailed installation instructions. Most of our roofs will arrive fully assembled, but if assembly is required detailed instructions will be provided.
